The Yara Network is a separate lane for roles at companies that hire through Yara directly. Network members get a warm intro to the hiring team instead of a cold application, and hear back much faster.
1. It's free on every plan
You can join the Yara Network on any plan: Free, Pro or Max. There is no pay-to-win. Paying for Yara does not get you in or move you up. You get in by interviewing with Yara and passing a review by our team.
2. How to spot a network role
Network roles carry a gold Verified badge (also shown as In Network) in search results and on the role. Everything else in search is a regular role you apply to with an application kit.
3. Check whether you're in
Open Settings > Profile and find Yara Network:
In the Yara Network: you're in. You can apply to network roles with one click.
Request: you're not in yet. Click it to start the interview.
Your request is being reviewed: we have your request. You can click Redo interview if you want another try.
4. Join: interview or submit
When you're not in the network and click a network role, Yara shows Join the Yara Network with two choices:
Interview with Yara (recommended): a short voice interview, about 15 minutes, right in chat. You need a microphone; the camera is optional. Interviewing gives your request a much higher chance of being accepted.
Submit and wait: send your request without interviewing. Our team may still review it, but the chance of acceptance is lower.
After that, a person on our team reviews your request.
5. Once you're accepted
You'll get an email and a welcome message in the app.
Network roles now show a one-click Apply button. Click it and the Yara team takes it from there: we send a warm intro to the hiring team.
The role shows up on your Applications board, and our team updates its status as the employer responds. Feedback is usually much faster than a regular application.
Common questions
Do I need a paid plan? No. Free, Pro and Max members get the same access to the network.
I submitted without interviewing. Can I still interview? Yes. Go to Settings > Profile > Yara Network and click Redo interview.
Can I still apply to regular roles while I wait? Yes. Regular roles work as usual with an application kit.
