New to Yara? This guide walks you through the public yara.so site: trying Yara from the homepage, comparing plans, creating your account with an email code, and finding help, the blog, and our legal pages.

1. Start from the homepage

Go to yara.so. The box in the middle is the same chat you use inside Yara. Type what you want, for example "Find me a product role at Linear", or click one of the shortcuts under it: Find Jobs, Create resume, Build portfolio, Roast, or More.

2. Sign up when Yara asks

When you send a message without an account, a Join Yara window lists what is included. Click Sign up to create a free account, or Sign in if you already have one. Click Cancel or the X to keep browsing.

3. Create your account with an email code

  1. Click Sign in (top right or in the footer), then choose Continue with email. You can also use Continue with Google.

  2. Enter your email address and click Continue with email. Prefer a password? Click Use password instead.

  3. Check your inbox for an email titled Your Yara login code and type the 6-digit code. If it does not arrive, check spam, then use Resend after the timer runs out.

  4. New accounts go straight into a short setup that asks about your job search. Existing accounts land in chat.

4. Compare plans and pricing

Click Pricing in the top menu. Yara has three plans: Free, Pro, and Max. Use the Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly switch to change how often you pay. Quarterly saves up to 21% compared with paying monthly. Scroll down to Compare plans to see every feature side by side. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings.

5. Switch between light and dark mode

Scroll to the bottom of any page. Next to the copyright line are three small icons: System (follow your device), Light, and Dark. Yara remembers your choice the next time you visit.

6. Find help, the blog, and legal pages

  • Contact (footer, under Company): Contact support opens an email to support@yara.so, Get in touch is for partnerships, and hello@yara.so is for anything else.
