Ask anyone looking for work what it feels like right now and you'll hear the same word: the void. Applications go in and nothing comes back. Silence has become the default rejection.
AI was supposed to help. So far it has mostly built a wall of tech. Companies added screeners and one-way video interviews. Candidates answered with auto-apply bots that spray one resume at a thousand listings. That slop was never designed to get you through a process, or even to help you. It was designed to send more applications.
There hasn't been an AI that actually helps you find a job, so we built one. Yara is the first AI job search agent: one chat that runs your whole search, from finding real roles to getting in front of the people hiring for them. Here's what it does.
Search for roles, and know what's real
Tell Yara what you want in plain language. It searches live postings, ranks them against your background, and opens each one beside the list with how well it fits you. Every role gets a check for ghost jobs, so you can skip the listings that are stale or were never real.
An apply kit for every role
Click Apply with Yara and it prepares the application: a resume tailored to that role and an answer to every question on the form. You read it, change what you want, and submit it yourself. One strong application beats a hundred sprayed ones.
A Senior Product Designer role at Linear, focused on the core issue tracker, for someone who thrives on craft, speed and design systems.
- Design end to end across issues, projects and cycles
- Evolve Linear's design system with engineering
- Prototype in code and ship with a small team every week
Build and edit your portfolio
Yara builds a portfolio from your resume, or imports what you already have from a link, GitHub, or a ZIP file. Ask for a change in chat, or click straight into the preview and edit it yourself. Publish it, share a tracked link per audience, and see who opened it and where they spent their time.
Edit your resume by asking
Your resume opens next to the chat. Ask Yara to rewrite a bullet, cut a section, or tailor the whole thing to a job, and it shows you each change to keep or discard. It only uses what's true about you, and role versions never overwrite your base resume.

- Led design for the payments dashboard, cutting reconciliation time 40% for 12,000+ merchants.
- Built a reusable charts and tables system adopted by six product teams.
- Drove the 0 to 1 design of Instant Payouts, a $1.2B annualized run rate.

An agent, not a chatbot
Yara does the work instead of describing it. It breaks a request into steps, shows you each one as it runs, asks when a decision is yours, and remembers what you told it for next time. Type or dictate, and pick up where you left off.
Claire NovakDesign Manager, LinearHiring manager
Send to Claire Novak?Hi Claire, I'm applying for the Senior Product Designer role. I built the design system at Stripe and would love to talk.
Your Linear kit is ready to submit, Claire has your note, and your practice round is Thursday at 4.
Interview once for the Yara Network
Some roles never reach a job board. Do a short interview with Yara once, and if you're accepted into the Yara Network we introduce you directly to the teams hiring. No form and no void, just a warm intro to someone who decides.
Practice the interview before it counts
Pick a mock interview from Coaching and Yara runs it with you, voice to voice, with questions built from the job post and your resume. It follows up the way a real interviewer would and coaches you on each answer. When you're done you get a scorecard and the questions worth practicing again.
Tell me about a time you simplified a complex flow.
What did you cut first, and why that step?
How did you bring engineering along?
Find out what's holding you back
Most rejections come with no reason, so Yara gives you one. Ask it to roast your resume, LinkedIn, portfolio, or GitHub and you get the read a recruiter would give you. Once your portfolio is out, a heatmap shows where visitors actually looked. Then ask it to improve them and it makes the fixes.

Skills for the jobs you repeat
Type a slash in chat to run a skill: a full roast, an improve pass, or outreach to the people behind a role. Skills are the workflows we've tuned the most, one command away.
Track every application
Every role you pursue lands on one board, with its status and the exact resume and answers you used. Open any application to revisit or edit what you sent.
Never miss a follow-up
Yara keeps track of where each application stands and what's waiting on you. Ask it to write the follow-up and it drafts the note, and nothing goes out until you say so.
